Hour 2 is for your mind. A proper education is the cornerstone of every polymath, and that means letting your curiosity guide you. Consume. Learn. Discuss. Dive into books. Explore new ideas. Listen to others. This hour is for all things learning, and it's your chance to find what makes your life meaningful.

Hour 3 is for creating. Every great writer, thinker and philosopher spent ages learning, but we only remember them for their creative output. You can stand among them with one hour a day. Find a creative hobby you love, and over time, you'll be producing masterpieces that make you proud.
